Job description

Responsibilities • Lead and supervise the maintenance team. • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. • Plan and coordinate corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance activities. • Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize unplanned downtime. • Diagnose equipment failures and coordinate timely repairs. • Monitor maintenance costs, spare parts, tools, and inventory. • Develop maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution. • Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements. • Maintain accurate records of equipment, maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs. • Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure smooth operations. • Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements, upgrades, or replacements. • Manage external contractors and maintenance service providers when required. • Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and performance indicators for management. • Train, coach, and develop maintenance staff. Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering , or a related field. • Minimum 5 years and above relevant maintenance experience , including experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
