Experience working on fintech, digital payment, or SaaS platforms is a plus. Core Roles • Own specific software product modules, managing feature execution from initial definition through to operational launch. • Align development pod short-term execution activities with the broader product vision set by product management. • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across development, user design, testing, and implementation teams. Key Responsibilities • Translate product requirements into prioritized execution backlogs, defining clear scope parameters for engineering. • Lead sprint ceremonies including daily standups, backlog refinement sessions, story sizing, and sprint review demonstrations. • Analyze user behavioral metrics and product diagnostic dashboards to identify area improvements and feature iterations. • Verify that engineering delivery increments align with target quality baselines and satisfy product criteria. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. • 2–4 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, or a related role. • Experience working with software development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and software delivery processes. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate with engineering teams. • Experience in fintech, banking, digital payments, financial services, or SaaS is an advantage.
