BA/MA in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Business or related fields of study with relevant work experience out of with at least five years of NGO business development experience. Candidates must demonstrate proven proposal writing skills, donor engagement expertise, and strong networking abilities. A successful applicant will lead the creation of high‑quality concept notes and full proposals while actively scouting for funding opportunities aligned with the organization’s mission. The coordinator will maintain partnerships across NGOs, donors, and networks, review calls for proposals, and support resource mobilization strategies. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to navigate competitive proposal processes. This full‑time position is based in Addis Ababa and offers a chance to influence Kelem Ethiopia’s growth through strategic partnership development.
