Job Summary: The Vaccine Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, and providing comprehensive vaccination services to children, adults, and travelers in accordance with immunization guidelines and the policies of the company. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Assess clients and administer vaccines according to established guidelines and protocols. • Maintain accurate vaccination records and documentation. • Ensure proper storage, handling, and monitoring of vaccines in compliance with cold chain requirements. • Monitor and report any adverse events following immunization. • Maintain infection prevention and control standards within the vaccination unit. • Participate in quality improvement activities and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
