The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metal Engineering, Management, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years of experience in a Production Manager or Operations Manager position within the steel manufacturing industry, is required. Demonstrated expertise in production planning, manufacturing operations, process optimization, quality assurance, plant management, resource planning, safety compliance, maintenance coordination, and team leadership is essential.
