The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, presenting properties, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new sales opportunities. Meet prospective clients and understand their property needs. Conduct property presentations and site visits. Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships. Negotiate sales agreements and close transactions. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
