About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and motivate our sales team. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Sales Supervisor. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
