Main role and responsibilities: * Greet and welcome visitors warmly as soon as they arrive at the office. * Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing essential company information. * Maintain front desk security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the visitor log. * Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers. * Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and maintain an organized reception area. * Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing. Required skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. * Strong active listening skills to accurately route inquiries. * Solid time-management and organizational abilities to prioritize multitasking under pressure. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace. * High attention to detail and strong basic data entry skills.
