Job description
Responsibilities • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. • Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area. • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages. • Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings. • Provide basic administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. • Provide information to visitors and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or staff. • Support general office operations and perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage. • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role is an added advantage. • Must be flexible and available to work shifts from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM local time (LT) .
