Position: Senior Outdoor Sales Executive Vacancies: 15 Location: Addis Ababa Salary: Company Scale + Attractive Incentives + Commission Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in any field. • Minimum of 3 years of proven outdoor sales experience . • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills. • Experience in construction materials, electrical products, solar systems, elevators, or related industries is an advantage. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities. • Promote and sell the company's solar products and elevator solutions. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. • Conduct professional product presentations and negotiations. • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records. • Follow up on leads and provide excellent after-sales support.
