We are looking for confident, energetic, and sales-driven  LADIES to join our Live streaming team . In this role, you will host live sessions , promote products, and engage with audiences from the US and UK markets to drive sales in real-time. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, persuasive, and passionate about online selling. Key Responsibilities • Host daily live streaming sessions to promote and sell products • Engage with viewers in real time, answer questions, and build strong customer interaction • Present products in an attractive and informative way to increase sales • Follow sales scripts, campaigns, and promotional strategies • Understand target audiences in the US and UK markets • Stay updated on trends and live selling techniques • Maintain a professional and energetic on camera presence Requirements • only for Female applicants • can work day or night shift • should be committed to work 6 hours everyday(Monday-Sunday) • Strong English communication skills (required for US & UK audience) • Confident and comfortable speaking on camera • Sales oriented mindset with persuasive communication skills • Energetic, engaging, and outgoing personality • Basic understanding of social media platforms • Team player with a positive attitude • What We Offer • 8000 Birr Net salary + 1500 meal allowance + 3000 perfect attendance bonus + commission/bonus based on performance • Training and support for sales techniques • Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Midnight shift based on preference(6 hours each) • Opportunity to grow in a fast paced International sales environment • Fun, creative, and supportive workplace • 6 working hours( morning, afternoon, early night or late night)
