Dongtang Business Consultancy PLC is looking for two responsible and organised Supervisors to join our operations team. One position is available for the Day Shift and one for the Night Shift . Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Conduct inspections according to operational and management requirements. • Manage the backup streamer team by handling leave requests and arranging timely replacements. • Train and evaluate backup streamers to ensure they have mastered all required scripts and procedures. • Review and verify photos submitted by assistant hosts. • Monitor livestream recordings from the assigned shift and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. • Report operational issues and coordinate with management to maintain smooth workflow. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree. • Good command of English. • Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills. • Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented. • Ability to work full-time on rotating shifts: • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM • Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per month .
