BRAND FITNESS PLC Vacancy Announcement Position: Social Media Manager Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ETB 15,000 Net Brand Fitness PLC is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence, grow our community, and promote our fitness brand across digital platforms. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. • 2–3 years of proven experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing. • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Telegram. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Amharic is an advantage). • Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, or similar content creation tools . • Ability to create engaging graphics, short videos, captions, and social media campaigns. • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting. • Creative, proactive, and able to work under deadlines. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives. • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms. • Produce high-quality graphics, reels, and promotional videos. • Manage daily social media activities, including responding to comments and messages. • Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and follower growth. • Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas. • Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with improvement recommendations. • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products, services, events, and campaigns. Required Skills • Creative content creation and storytelling. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Basic photography and videography skills are an advantage. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
