The role involves creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, monitoring performance, and coordinating digital marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management • Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Telegram, and YouTube). • Create and publish engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics. • Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar. • Monitor comments, messages, and customer inquiries and respond professionally. Content Creation • Develop creative content aligned with company products and services. • Coordinate video, graphic, and promotional content production. • Write compelling captions, articles, and promotional messages. • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Digital Marketing • Plan and execute social media campaigns to generate leads and increase sales. • Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms. • Track campaign performance and optimize results. • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support business objectives. Analytics & Reporting • Monitor social media metrics and engagement rates. • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. • Track competitors' digital marketing activities. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business Management, Information Technology, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. • Experience with content creation tools such as meta, tiktok studio, LinkedIn, YouTube studio or similar platforms. • Knowledge of Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic. • Strong creativity and attention to detail.
