The successful candidate should possess 3–5 years of professional, hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) or Test Engineering. Demonstrated ability to independently develop and own QA and testing strategies for products or services, rather than only executing predefined test scripts, is essential. Strong experience in designing comprehensive test cases, test plans, test scenarios, and golden paths, along with maintaining clear and well-structured testing documentation, is required.
