Registrar and Student Support • Plan and organize the students support and registrar activities at the institute in accordance to students support guideline and registrar manual • Verify and document all students’ credentials, grades and slips as required following the proper documentation procedures in both soft copy and hardcopy. • Prepare all format and templates required for the operation with the guidance and approval of the dean. • Provide timely support for all students and applicants for all system related supports and registration proces. • Document and Report student’s enrollment and course completion stats to the dean. • Work with college system and IT teams for all technical issues that needs support. • Education level: Bsc in IT, IS ,CS, Software Engineering , or other IT-related fields. • Experience: at least 1 years of experience in customer support related activities. • Specific skills: High level user support skills, content creation and graphics skill, communication and report preparation skill as mandatory and certificates is an advantage. • Personal characteristics: open minded and able to work alone and/or with team effectively
