Job Description We are  looking for a well qualified finance head to join our team. Financial Management & Reporting Oversee all financial activities including accounting, treasury, and reporting. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records. Develop and maintain financial policies and internal controls. Planning & Strategy Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions. Monitor company performance against budgets and KPIs. Support business expansion, investments, and new projects. Cash Flow & Treasury Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity. Oversee banking relationships, loans, and credit facilities. Monitor collections, payments, and financial commitments. Compliance & Risk Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and statutory regulations. Coordinate external audits and regulatory inspections. Identify financial risks and implement mitigation controls. Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. Review and approve work of accountants and finance staff. Minimum Qualifications: * MSc in Accounting and  Finance. * Minimum Five (5) year of senior position experience.       Required Skills, Abilities: * Demonstrate skills, knowledge, and abilities required to explain his or her work. * Detail-oriented with practical communication skills
