The Deans' responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • leading and managing the institution and it’s resources; • coordinating the development of and implementing the institution’s Vision and Goals Statement; • managing the fiscal affairs of the institution ; • leading, and coordinating institution strategic planning and curriculum development; • supervising, evaluating, and supporting Departments/campus in a manner that promotes excellence in instruction, scholarly and creative productivity. and service at CIE; • leading the processes of institution administrator selection and overseeing the processes of faculty and staff selection and retention; • evaluating overall Departmental/School productivity in instruction, research, and service responsibilities; Qualification: Having more than five years job experience in a position posted above.
