The successful candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Monitor team performance using measurable KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Train, mentor, and develop employees to build a high-performing team. Prepare operational and performance reports for management. Resolve operational challenges and make timely decisions. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Business Management Business Administration Marketing Management Logistics and Supply Chain Management Accounting and Finance Public Administration Economics Procurement and Supply Management Operations Management Project Management Commerce Industrial Management Management Or any other closely related field. Requirements Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets. High integrity, professionalism, and accountability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an added advantage.
