Job description
Candidates must hold at least a master’s degree in Organizational Development, Leadership, HRM or related fields and possess no fewer than ten years of progressive experience facilitating leadership programs within humanitarian, development, or UN contexts. The consultancy will encompass needs assessment, curriculum design, facilitation of interactive sessions, and post‑training action planning. The training will be conducted primarily in Addis Ababa (or nearby cities such as Bishoftu or Adama) and should integrate adult learning principles with experiential methods including case studies, simulations, coaching dialogues, and peer reflection. Deliverables include inception reports, customized curricula, manuals, assessment tools, a final consultancy report, and electronic copies of all materials. Applicants must submit both technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes to the ASDEPO Head Office within eight working days from announcement date. Proposals will be evaluated on expertise, methodology, and alignment with ASDEPO’s objectives.
