Job Vacancy: Videographer & Video Editor Location: Addis Ababa Company: Yango by Melke Salary: 10,000 birr net Position Summary We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Videographer & Video Editor to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and producing engaging content that promotes our brand, attracts new drivers, and increases customer engagement across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content. Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Cover company events, roadshows, activations, and field operations. Produce promotional videos, testimonials, interviews, and advertisements. Add music, motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects. Ensure all content follows the company's branding guidelines. Organize and maintain video footage and project files. Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas. Deliver projects within agreed timelines. Requirements Proven experience in videography and video editing. Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software. Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless cameras, smartphones, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment. Strong storytelling, composition, and creative thinking skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of current social media trends is a strong advantage. Preferred Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Multimedia, Journalism, or a related field. Experience creating viral social media content.
