The Videographer & Video Editor is responsible for planning, filming, and editing high-quality real estate videos that promote company projects across digital platforms. The role supports lead generation, brand awareness, and sales through engaging visual content. Key Responsibilities Capture professional videos of apartments, commercial units, amenities, and construction progress. Film client testimonials, events, launches, and promotional campaigns. Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Produce long-form YouTube project walkthroughs. Add subtitles, transitions, music, animations, and branding. Operate cameras, drones (where licensed), gimbals, microphones, and lighting equipment. Maintain and organize all media files. Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Team to produce campaign content. Deliver content according to the marketing calendar and deadline
