Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily village operations, including accommodations, amenities, dining, and recreational services. • Lead, train, and supervise staff to ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality. • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency. • Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of facilities, ensuring safety and compliance with health regulations. • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenses; prepare reports for senior management. • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. • Coordinate special events, activities, and community engagement initiatives within the village. • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the village and attract new guests. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, safety standards, and industry regulations. • Qualifications: • Proven experience in hospitality management, resort, or community village management. • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. • Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and operational reporting. • Exceptional customer service skills. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry. • Education BA Degree In Management, marketing, Business Administration or Tourism Management or Related field. • Experience More Than 5 years of gross experience and have at least 2 years of managerial experience in similar sector or any well-organized company.
