Job description

We are hiring 2 Video Editors for 2 YouTube Channels . Each editor will work on one channel, using long-form interviews and turning them into 15-minute videos with stock footage, B-roll, copyright-free music, sound effects, and strong pacing. The hook and intro must be at least 1 minute 30 seconds and must use the strongest parts of the interview. You must understand and speak English fluently . Trading or finance knowledge is preferred. Each editor must deliver 12–15 videos per month . Missed deadlines, lazy work, and low-quality editing will not be accepted. You must be willing to take feedback, make revisions, and adjust to direction. Payment: 1,000 ETB per video. There will be bonuses for consistent, strong work.
