Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EAT (aligns with US business hours) Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Role Overview We are seeking an articulate, tech-savvy, and self-motivated Remote Sales Representative based in Ethiopia to drive our US sales pipeline. In this role, you will sell software directly to US-based businesses and decision-makers. You will be responsible for full-cycle outbound sales, including prospecting, pitch delivery, virtual software demonstrations, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Identify, target, and qualify potential B2B clients across North America through cold calling. Product Demos: Deliver clear, high-impact virtual live demos showcasing the capabilities of our software. Pipeline Management: Manage and update all sales pipelines. Negotiation & Closing: Address prospect objections confidently, navigate pricing models, and close high-ticket subscription agreements. Market Alignment: Work strictly within US time zones (4:00 PM - Midnight EAT) to engage live prospects when they are in their primary business hours. Prerequisites & Required Qualifications English Proficiency: Exceptionally fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English with a professional accent suitable for North American corporate communication. Communication Style: Confident, persuasive, and clear communicator who can pitch complex technology with clarity. Preferred Skills & Experience -Prior experience in Saas, B2B sales, high-ticket tech sales, or outbound appointment setting. -Comfortable operating independently during late afternoon and night shifts. -Ability to build trust remotely. Required Workspace & Setup -Dedicated, quiet home office environment free of ambient background noise. -High-speed, stable internet connection with an adequate backup setup (UPS/power bank). -A reliable computer setup with a clear webcam. Compensation Package Base Salary: 20,000 ETB / month Commission: 10% uncapped
