Job Summary The Branding Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the company's brand visibility and ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels and physical locations. The role coordinates branding campaigns, office and showroom branding activities, promotional materials, and stakeholder communication to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement. Duties and Responsibilities • Develop and implement branding and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and market presence. • Coordinate sticker, poster, and visibility campaigns to enhance customer and driver engagement. • Plan, execute, and monitor branding initiatives across company offices, showrooms, and partner locations. • Ensure that all branding materials comply with the company's brand guidelines and standards. • Coordinate office relocation branding activities and ensure new premises reflect the company's image and identity. • Inspect offices and showrooms to ensure operational readiness and branding compliance. Coordinate the installation of signage, posters, stickers, and other promotional materials. • Organize the display and presentation of company products, vehicles, and promotional items. • Work closely with the Property Administration, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure timely execution of branding projects. • Prepare detailed implementation plans, budgets, and progress reports for branding activities. • Communicate branding changes and office relocation information to drivers, customers, and other stakeholders. • Monitor the effectiveness of branding campaigns and recommend improvements. • Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and corporate marketing activities. • Maintain an inventory of branding materials and ensure their proper utilization. • Ensure compliance with company policies, branding standards, and ethical practices. • Stay updated on market trends and branding best practices. • Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
