Job Description We are seeking energetic, customer-focused Call Center Operators to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and able to communicate clearly with customers through phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions • Provide accurate information about services and products • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently • Make outbound calls when needed (follow-ups, confirmations, etc.) • Record customer information and maintain accurate call logs • Work closely with other departments to solve customer requests • Meet daily/weekly performance targets Requirements • Basic computer skills (typing, CRM usage is a plus) • Customer service experience is an advantage • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult callers professionally.
