Chinese Translator / Interpreter – Full Time We are looking for a fluent Chinese-speaking Ethiopian female Translator/Interpreter to join our factory located at Eastern Industrial Park, Dukem . The successful candidate will work closely with Chinese management and technical staff and assist with communication between Chinese and Ethiopian employees. The main purpose of this position is to ensure clear, accurate and smooth communication in Chinese, Amharic and English during daily factory operations. Key Responsibilities • Provide daily Chinese to Amharic, Amharic to Chinese, Chinese to English, and English to Chinese interpretation . • Interpret during factory operations, meetings, training sessions and management discussions. • Help Chinese managers and technical staff clearly communicate instructions to Ethiopian employees. • Translate messages, documents, reports and other work-related information between Chinese, Amharic and English when required. • Assist with communication involving suppliers, customers and external parties when necessary. • Help resolve communication difficulties between Chinese and Ethiopian staff. • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality regarding company information. Requirements • Ethiopian female, below 30 years old. • Fluent spoken Mandarin Chinese is mandatory. • Fluent Amharic and good English communication skills. • Able to interpret Chinese conversations accurately into Amharic and English in real time. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Responsible, professional and punctual. • Must be available for permanent, full-time, on-site work at Eastern Industrial Park, Dukem . • Previous Chinese translation or interpreting experience is preferred, but candidates with excellent Chinese proficiency are encouraged to apply even without extensive experience. Salary Negotiable based on Chinese language proficiency and experience. Interested candidates should apply with their CV and clearly mention their Chinese language proficiency and previous translation or interpreting experience, if any. የቻይንኛ ቋንቋ ተርጓሚ - የሙሉ ጊዜ በዱከም ኢስተርን ኢንዱስትሪያል ፓርክ ውስጥ ለሚገኘው ፋብሪካችን ቻይንኛ (Mandarin) በደንብ የምትናገር ኢትዮጵያዊት ሴት ተርጓሚ እንፈልጋለን። ተቀጣሪዋ ከቻይናውያን አስተዳዳሪዎችና ቴክኒካል ሠራተኞች ጋር በቅርበት በመሥራት በቻይናውያንና በኢትዮጵያውያን ሠራተኞች መካከል በቻይንኛ፣ በአማርኛ እና በእንግሊዝኛ ግልጽና ትክክለኛ ግንኙነት እንዲኖር የትርጉም ድጋፍ ትሰጣለች። ዋና ኃላፊነቶች • ከቻይንኛ ወደ አማርኛ፣ ከአማርኛ ወደ ቻይንኛ፣ ከቻይንኛ ወደ እንግሊዝኛ እና ከእንግሊዝኛ ወደ ቻይንኛ የዕለት ተዕለት ትርጉም መስጠት። • በፋብሪካ ሥራ፣ ስብሰባ፣ ሥልጠናና የአስተዳደር ውይይቶች ወቅት መተርጎም። • የቻይና አስተዳዳሪዎችና ቴክኒካል ሠራተኞች መመሪያዎችን ለኢትዮጵያውያን ሠራተኞች በግልጽ እንዲያስተላልፉ ማገዝ። • መልዕክቶችን፣ ሰነዶችን፣ ሪፖርቶችንና ሌሎች የሥራ መረጃዎችን በቻይንኛ፣ በአማርኛ እና በእንግሊዝኛ መተርጎም። • ከአቅራቢዎች፣ ከደንበኞችና ከሌሎች አካላት ጋር በሚኖር ግንኙነት የትርጉም ድጋፍ መስጠት። • በቻይናውያንና በኢትዮጵያውያን ሠራተኞች መካከል የቋንቋ አለመግባባቶችን ለመፍታት ማገዝ። መስፈርቶች • ኢትዮጵያዊት ሴት፣ ዕድሜ ከ30 ዓመት በታች። • ቻይንኛ (Mandarin) በደንብ መናገር የግድ ነው። • ጥሩ የአማርኛ ችሎታ እና ጥሩ የእንግሊዝኛ የመግባቢያ ችሎታ። • የቻይንኛ ውይይቶችን ወደ አማርኛና እንግሊዝኛ በቅጽበትና በትክክል የመተርጎም ችሎታ። • ጥሩ የግንኙነት ችሎታ፣ ኃላፊነት፣ ሰዓት አክባሪነትና ሙያዊ ሥነ-ምግባር። • በዱከም ኢስተርን ኢንዱስትሪያል ፓርክ በሙሉ ጊዜ በቦታው ተገኝታ ለመሥራት ዝግጁ መሆን። • የቻይንኛ ትርጉም የሥራ ልምድ ቢኖር ይመረጣል፣ ነገር ግን ጥሩ የቻይንኛ ችሎታ ካላት የሥራ ልምድ የግድ አይደለም። ደመወዝ እንደ ቻይኛ ቋንቋ ችሎታና የሥራ ልምድ በስምምነት። ፍላጎት ያላቸው እጩዎች CV በማቅረብ ማመልከት ይችላሉ።
