The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution. A minimum of 6 years of progressive professional experience in accounting, cost control, and financial management is required. Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, financial planning, accounting operations, internal controls, inventory and cost management, financial analysis, and compliance with accounting standards is essential.
