Merchant Prospecting & Field Sales (Active Selling) ● Daily Territory Scouting:  Walk assigned commercial areas, markets, and business districts in Addis Ababa to identify potential merchants (shops, restaurants, pharmacies, service providers) who need digital payment solutions. ●Cold Pitching:  Introduce LakiPay services to business owners face-to-face, clearly explaining the benefits of moving away from cash and using digital payments. ●Product Demonstrations:  Walk merchants through the actual technology on a phone or tablet—showing them how the LakiPay Super App works, how to generate a QR code, or how to accept payments. 2. Merchant Onboarding & Setup ●Document Collection:  Gather all necessary legal and registration documents from the merchant (Trade License, TIN certificate, ID copies) required for legal onboarding. ●Account Activation:  Assist the merchant through the step-by-step registration and KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure their LakiPay account is fully activated. ●On-Site Setup:  Help the business set up their physical or digital payment materials (sticking up QR code posters, configuring the app on their device) so they are ready to accept transactions instantly.
