Vacancy Announcement Bevam Impex Trading PLC Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Position: Finance Manager Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee the company's overall finance and accounting operations. - Prepare annual budgets, financial reports, and cash flow forecasts. - Monitor the company's financial performance and provide recommendations to management. - Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and compliance with Ethiopian tax laws and accounting standards. - Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. - Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. - Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and cost-control measures. - Supervise the finance team and ensure timely preparation of financial statements. - Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a pharmaceutical import company. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
