Qualifications 1.Proficient in English, able to use it as a working language 2.Must have 5+ years of general ledger accounting and tax experience, with team management experience 3.Familiar with local laws and regulations, accounting and tax standards, and related fiscal and tax systems in Ethiopia; possess solid professional knowledge and financial management experience; skilled in accounting, financial reporting, and tax management 4.Meticulous and highly responsible, with strong awareness of financial risk management 5.Proficient in financial software such as Peachtree and Office software tools such as Excel 6.Willing to accept short-term business trips within Ethiopia Job Descriptions 1.Oversee the company's financial management and take responsibility for accounting and all financial activities. 2.Monthly review of the company's and stores' revenue and expense postings to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance; prepare and record necessary adjusting entries before month-end closing. 3.Responsible for compiling the cost of imported materials to ensure complete and accurate recording of material costs. 4.Handle the company's monthly tax filings, employee social insurance declarations, and annual tax reconciliation and settlement. 5.Prepare the company's monthly profit & loss statement and tax reports. 6.Manage all relevant affairs with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other external institutions. 7.Complete other tasks assigned by senior management and the headquarters finance department. 8.Manage and control the company's finances in accordance with the revenue and expense budget targets set by headquarters, and formulate necessary measures and requirements.
