We are looking for a responsible and experienced Fleet Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, safety, and utilization of the company’s vehicle fleet. The successful candidate will ensure vehicles are properly maintained, drivers follow company policies, and fleet operations are efficient and cost-effective. Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate fleet drivers and daily vehicle assignments. • Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage, and operating costs. • Ensure regular vehicle servicing, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance. • Maintain accurate fleet and driver records. • Monitor driver performance and compliance with safety procedures. • Coordinate vehicle registration, insurance, licensing, and inspection requirements. • Investigate vehicle accidents, breakdowns, and other fleet-related incidents. • Prepare regular fleet performance and maintenance reports. • Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, roadworthy, and available when required. • Coordinate with mechanics, suppliers, and service providers. • Identify opportunities to reduce fuel, maintenance, and operating costs. Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 2+years of relevant fleet/transport management experience . • Experience supervising drivers and managing vehicle maintenance. • Good knowledge of vehicle operations, road safety, and fleet documentation. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and fleet-management systems. • Valid driving license is required.
