Job description
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related filed with relevant work experience. Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all fleet operations, including maintenance, dispatch, tracking, and performance analysis. - Manage NTD P&L, achieve the expected GM/ OR, drive fuel efficiency, tire lifecycle, maintenance schedules, and reduce empty miles and demurrage - Develop and implement transport strategies that align with company objectives and client requirements. - Ensure full compliance with national transport regulations, safety protocols, and sustainability standards. - Establish and enforce preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend vehicle life cycles.
