Job description
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with relevant work experience. Duties & Responsibilities: - Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee all workshop activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. - Staff Management: Assign, supervise, and coordinate the work of workshop personnel. Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback. - Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards. Implement and monitor safe working practices in line with legislation and company policy. - Equipment & Inventory: Maintain and oversee workshop equipment and tools. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper care and storage of specialist tools.
