HHCE is a fast-growing, vertically integrated agricultural and trading group. We manage the entire coffee value chain, from sourcing raw cherry directly from farmers, regional wet/dry processing, to final export—alongside an active import and local sales distribution wing. The Role This is a demanding, hands-on leadership position. You will manage complex cash flows, bank financing, and import-export operations. Secure and manage multimillion-Birr short-term bank credit facilities. • Calculate exact unit costing for coffee processing (raw cherry to FOB) and Landed Cost Vouchers (LCVs) for imported goods. Optimize forex retention accounts. • Manage NBE compliance (repatriation, LCs) and ensure audit-ready filings (VAT, WHT, Income Tax) for the Ministry of Revenues. Who You Are (Requirements) • Experience: 6–8 years in finance leadership, with at least 3 years specifically in the Ethiopian Coffee Export and Import sector . • Education: BA/MBA in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACCA/CPA is a strong plus. • System Savvy: Exceptional system literacy • Regulatory Expert: Deep, practical knowledge of NBE directives and Ethiopian tax laws.
