Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage or relative field of study with relevant work experience out of with 3-5 years experience - Strong progressive experience in HR, preferably with significant HR Business Partnering experience. - Experience supporting commercial, sales, marketing, or customer-facing functions is highly preferred.
