Job description

The successful candidate should possess a BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a directly related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. Experience in the manufacturing and FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sectors is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage HR operations, support recruitment and employee relations, maintain personnel records, implement HR policies and procedures, assist with performance management and training, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies is essential.
