We are seeking an experienced and highly discreet HR & Talent Planning Auditor to conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current workforce. The objective of this project is to evaluate employee alignment, assess workplace culture, and deliver a clear, strategic action plan to optimize our organizational structure and talent retention. Key Responsibilities Confidential Employee Assessments: Conduct secure, private 1-on-1 interviews and evaluations with current staff to gauge performance, morale, and alignment with company objectives. Talent Mapping: Analyze the existing talent pool to identify critical skill gaps, structural redundancies, high-potential employees, and potential flight risks. Process Audit: Review existing HR workflows, performance management systems, and team dynamics to identify areas for operational improvement. Project Deliverables Executive Talent Report: A detailed, confidential summary outlining the current state of organizational health and workforce capabilities. Strategic Action Plan: A prioritized list of concrete, actionable recommendations. This should include specific steps for structural realignment, urgent hiring needs, training initiatives, and retention strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in HR consulting, organizational design, or executive talent management. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build immediate trust and maintain strict confidentiality. Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of translating complex organizational data into clear, business-focused recommendations. Objectivity and the ability to provide unbiased, candid feedback to leadership.
