Educational Qualification • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field from a recognized institution. • Relevant IT or professional certifications are an added advantage. Work Experience • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in IT support, system administration, network administration, or a related field. • Experience in a healthcare, educational, or similar institutional environment is an added advantage. Duties and Responsibilities • Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues. • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment. • Manage and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and other network infrastructure. • Install and maintain operating systems, software applications, antivirus programs, and security updates. • Perform regular data backups and support data security and system availability. • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic system configurations. • Maintain IT equipment inventory and proper documentation of hardware and software assets. • Provide technical support for institutional systems, websites, databases, attendance systems, and other digital platforms as required. • Design and prepare posters, banners, brochures, social media graphics, certificates, announcements, and other institutional promotional materials . Location Preference • Preference will be given to candidates residing near Sante Medical College.
