Educational Qualification • Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Medical Laboratory Science from a recognized institution. • Valid professional license to practice as a Medical Laboratory Technologist. Work Experience • 0+ years of experience — entry-level to experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. • Relevant laboratory experience is preferred and will be considered an advantage. Duties and Responsibilities • Collect, receive, process, and analyze clinical specimens according to established laboratory procedures. • Perform laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and parasitology. • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments. • Ensure proper specimen identification, handling, storage, and disposal. • Perform quality control procedures and ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results. • Record, verify, and report laboratory test results accurately and promptly. • Maintain proper laboratory records, reports, and documentation. • Follow laboratory safety, infection prevention and control, and biosafety standards.
