Dema Hope Real Estate is a leading property developer committed to timely delivery. As part of our growth, we are seeking for an IT Technician with direct experience to join our team. Key roles and responsibilities: • Install, terminate, test, and maintain UTP/fiber network cabling, including LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, routers, and wireless devices • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV systems, NVR/DVR equipment, satellite dishes, TV distribution systems, and related cabling • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT infrastructure, including desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other office equipment • Support the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure at company project sites, applying basic electrical knowledge where required • Prepare installation, maintenance, and technical service reports Job requirements: • Willingness to perform installation work, including lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working outdoors when required • Willingness to work overtime when necessary Qualifications: • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or Hardware Networking or related fields • 2 years relevant work experience • Understanding of switches, routers, and wireless networking • Basic knowledge of computer networking, CCTV systems, and IT hardware • Experience with network cable installation and termination is an advantage
