Job Description Loza Nutritional Therapy & Consultation is looking for a Senior Lab Technician to lead lab operations related to nutritional and health testing. This role requires strong technical expertise, reliability, and the ability to supervise and guide junior staff Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide lab technicians Perform and review sample analysis and test results Ensure proper operation, calibration, and maintenance of lab equipment Maintain accurate records and reports Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards Support process improvements and troubleshooting Requirements: Degree in a relevant field 4+ years of lab experience Strong technical and analytical skills Leadership or supervisory experience preferred High attention to detail and organization
