Job Purpose: To execute high-quality repair and maintenance activities on electric mobility vehicles. The role is responsible for diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintaining accurate documentation of all work to support operational reliability and vehicle uptime. Key Responsibilities: • Perform accurate diagnostics on mechanical and electrical systems to identify root causes of faults. • Execute repairs on e-bike systems, including wiring, connectors, and electronic components, ensuring functionality and reliability. • Interpret wiring diagrams and technical schematics to troubleshoot complex issues. • Conduct post-repair functional testing to ensure all systems meet performance and safety standards before release. • Ensure all repair activities strictly follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S and workshop safety protocols. • Verify that all tools and equipment used are in good working condition and utilized according to manufacturer instructions. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all repair activities in the STR Job Card system, including diagnostic findings, parts replaced, repair actions, and time spent. • Document recurring faults or systemic issues to assist in preventive maintenance tracking. • Identify and report gaps in repair procedures or recurring product failures to the Supervisor. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., customer service) to provide updates on repair status and resolve technical requests efficiently. • Support the broader team by sharing technical knowledge and best practices. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Teamlead . Required Skills & Qualifications: • Degree/Level IV in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. • 2+ years of experience in e-bike, motorcycle, or equipment repair and maintenance. • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. • Proficient in interpreting wiring diagrams and using electrical testing tools (e.g., multimeter). • Excellent documentation, record-keeping, and reporting abilities. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to perform under pressure and meet repair turnaround targets.Perform • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
