Job Purpose: To execute high-quality repair and maintenance activities on electric mobility vehicles. The role is responsible for diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintaining accurate documentation of all work to support operational reliability and vehicle uptime. Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose and repair e-bike charger faults including voltage, output, and overheating issues using electronic testing tools. • Perform diagnostics and repairs on (ECU) Electronic Control Unit. units, communication interfaces, and wiring harnesses. • Inspect and repair wiring connectors, terminals, and circuit components, including basic PCB repairs. • Interpret complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot system-level electrical faults. • Conduct post-repair functional testing to verify power supply, signal integrity, and system safety. • Maintain detailed technical documentation of electrical diagnostics and repairs in the job card system. • Investigate root causes for recurring electronic or electrical failures and recommend improvements. • Collaborate with the team to resolve escalated technical electrical issues. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., customer service) to provide updates on repair status and resolve technical requests efficiently. • Support the broader team by sharing technical knowledge and best practices. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Teamlead . Required Skills & Qualifications: • Degree/Level IV in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics. • 2+ years of experience in electrical/electronic diagnostics and repair (specifically e-bike or similar EV systems). • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams and schematics. • Expert skill in using multimeters, soldering stations, and diagnostic testing equipment. • Experience with wiring harness repair, and PCB troubleshooting. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills regarding electrical systems.
