The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve basic customer issues, and ensure a positive customer experience through professional telephone communication. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound and make outbound customer calls professionally. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly. Record customer interactions accurately in the system. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. Follow up with customers when required. Maintain confidentiality of customer information. Achieve call quality and customer satisfaction standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related fields. 0–1 years of relevant work experience. Basic Computer Skill Strong Communication Skill. Problem Solving.
