Job description
Required Experience · Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience . · At least 2 years of experience working on projects , preferably projects implemented with international organizations or development partners. · Experience supporting WHO-funded, WHO-supported, or other internationally funded projects is highly desirable. · Demonstrated experience in project logistics, supply management, transportation, procurement support, and event coordination. Key Responsibilities · Plan and coordinate logistics requirements for project activities. · Coordinate transportation, accommodation, venues, materials, and other logistical arrangements. · Support procurement and acquisition of project supplies and services in accordance with approved procedures. · Maintain accurate records of project assets, supplies, equipment, and logistics transactions. · Coordinate distribution and delivery of project materials to activity sites. · Support workshops, trainings, meetings, conferences, and other project events. · Liaise with suppliers, service providers, project staff, and relevant stakeholders. · Monitor logistical expenditures and ensure appropriate documentation. · Support inventory management and periodic physical verification of project assets. · Ensure timely availability of materials and services required for project implementation. · Prepare logistics-related reports and maintain proper documentation. · Perform other duties assigned by the project management team. Additional/Desirable Criteria Preference will be given to candidates with: · Previous experience working with WHO or other international organizations . · Knowledge of donor-funded project logistics and procurement procedures. · Experience coordinating training and workshop logistics. · Strong supplier and service-provider coordination skills. · Excellent planning, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. · Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. · Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. · High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail. Membership Priority Members of the Ethiopian Society of Emergency and Critical Care Professionals (ESEP) will be given priority , provided they meet the minimum qualification and experience requirements.
