Job Overview The Operations Manager will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Senit Technology Trading. This role is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high service delivery standards within the IT and Electromechanical sectors. The Operations Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage key client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure the company achieves its strategic and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth Develop and execute the company’s long-term business strategy in alignment with executive vision. Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue streams in the IT and Electromechanical sectors. Lead sales and marketing efforts to expand the client base across government, non-governmental (NGO), and private sectors. Develop competitive pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and service offerings. 2. Operations & Project Management Oversee daily operations across the IT and Electromechanical departments to maximize efficiency and service quality. Plan, monitor, and coordinate project progress to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. Establish, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all operational units. Facilitate seamless cross-departmental communication and alignment. Coordinate all activities related to tender/bid preparation and submission. Ensure full compliance with local and international supply chain, shipping, and customs regulations. 3. Financial Management Prepare and manage the annual operating budget, ensuring strict cost control and profitability. Analyze financial reports, cash flow, and expenditures to make data-driven decisions. Drive revenue growth through key account management, client retention, and upsell strategies. Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly desirable. Experience Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT and/or Electromechanical operations management (corporate environment preferred). At least 3 years in a senior leadership or management role. Skills & Competencies Strong strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end import, supply chain, and bidding processes. Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal). Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and client-relationship management skills.
