Job description
Key Responsibilities • Assess patients' physical conditions in the clinic and during home visits. • Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation plans. • Provide physiotherapy treatments and therapeutic exercise programs. • Conduct home visits and follow-up assessments as required. • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment, home exercises, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyles. • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. • Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and reports. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay updated on current physiotherapy practices. • Ensure compliance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and government regulations. • Manage clinical risks and maintain a safe treatment environment. • Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, confidentiality, and accountability in all patient interactions. Education and Experience • Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution. • Valid professional license and/or certification to practice Physiotherapy. • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience. • Experience in home-based physiotherapy services is an advantage. Skills and Competencies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving abilities. • Good manual therapy and patient handling skills. • Compassionate, patient-centered, and professional attitude. • Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team. • Ability to perform effectively under pressure. • Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles.
