Abbay TV is looking for a creative, research-driven, and highly organized Producer to join our production team. Key Responsibilities • Develop program concepts, research, scripts, interview questions, and other production materials. • Conduct in-depth research and create engaging, accurate, and audience-focused content. • Plan and conduct pre-interviews with guests to ensure content quality and production readiness. • Identify, recruit, and coordinate new guests through research and social media platforms. • Prepare interview questions, game show questions, audience engagement content, and promotional materials. • Write promotional scripts, TV commercials, and program teasers for internal and sponsored campaigns. • Develop proposals for new TV programs, existing program improvements, and partnership opportunities. • Collaborate closely with directors, presenters, editors, production crews, marketing, and other departments throughout the production process. • Ensure all production materials are completed on schedule and meet Abbay TV's editorial and quality standards. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Media & Communication, TV Production, Mass Communication, or a related field. • Minimum of 1 years of experience in television production, content production, or a related media role. • Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability. • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. • Experience using social media to identify trends, stories, and potential program guests is an advantage. Pre-Employment Assessment • Successful candidates will complete a one-week unpaid practical assessment before employment.
