We are a growing design and manufacturing company with a fast-paced workshop environment and multiple ongoing production projects. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily workshop operations, production schedules, and workflow for 30+ technicians, carpenters, and machine operators. • Plan and coordinate production activities to ensure projects are completed on time. • Establish and enforce quality-control checkpoints from raw materials to final delivery. • Monitor inventory, material consumption, and proper utilization of resources. • Oversee preventive maintenance and proper operation of CNC, edge bander, saws, laser, and other workshop machinery. • Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and minimize material waste. • Lead, supervise, and evaluate production teams. • Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions. • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive workshop environment. Requirements • B.Sc . in Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field. • Minimum 4 years of experience managing workshop, factory-floor, or production operations. • Experience in furniture, fabrication, manufacturing, or a similar production environment is preferred. • Strong ability to read and interpret CAD and technical drawings. • Proven ability to manage and lead technical teams. • Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Fluent in Amharic and English .
